Numerous rewarding Notary opportunities exist outside the realm of standard notarization and Signing Agent services. Therefore I have branched out into a new area of Field Inspection Services.
What are Field Inspectors?
Field inspectors are individuals who complete inspections for other companies. In addition, they get paid a certain fee for completing and reporting each inspection back to the company. Request for inspections can come from just about anyone, including lenders, insurance companies, manufacturers and credit card companies.
For example, Commercial property inspections are often requested by parties trying to discover the general condision of an office building or warehouse, or any particular condition that may be cause for future claims. On the other hand, occupancy inspections determine who currently resides in a particular property, and involves finding out names, numbers, rental information and agent or property manager information.There are several types of inspection jobs.
My availability:
Starting May 17- August 16, I am available for inspections all day on Thursdays and Fridays. To find out the additional days and hours that I am available, please click on "Availability". These hours pertain to every job on this website.
Out of State
If you have any inspections that require me to go out of state to the areas of Philadelphia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, etc, I am willing to travel, if I can complete all inspections within a 2 day time period, (Thursday and Friday).
